2011 Final Player Statistics and Gradings

Switching Grades?

A Grade Players wishing to play B Grade can only do so if their grading is A2 or lower and will be automatically graded as follows:

  • A2 = B4
  • A1 = B3

B Grade Players wishing to play A Grade will automatically be graded as follows:

  • B4 = A2
  • B3 or lower = A1

NOTE: The above information is a GUIDE ONLY.  The Committee reserves the right to adjust any grading for any player switching grades.  For example B4 graded B Grade players may be graded higher than A2 if their win percentage is high enough to warrant it, or the ability of the B Grade player is known to the committee.

All Captains must verify with the committee the correct grading for players switching grades.

New Players?

All new players will be assigned a probationary grading of 2 for the grade they are playing in (ie: A2 or B2). If the player is known to the committee and their ability/experience (ie: ex state player) that does not suit the probationary grading, a new grading will be assigned. After the new player has played 5 rounds, their probationary grading will be re-assessed and assigned at the discretion of the Committee.
